Dear Visitor,

I will skip over my introduction, save for telling you that my name is Dan, and I am the developer of Artwork. I am sure there are a few, a very select few as the case may be, that are wondering if Artwork has gone the way of so many other free/pay/share-ware apps. Well, in a way, it has. But in truth, it hasn't.

Artwork 1.1 is a very true reality. In fact, the near complete version of 1.1 is on sitting on my computer, waiting for the polishing touches to be put on it. So, I can hear you ponder, "why is it sitting?". Well, it is sitting, in part, because my work has taken a rather firm hold of my free time, which I had previously dedicated to development. But it was also due to my other app, Twitt taking precedents. Because of the expected demand for Twitt, and also because of some rather (retrospectively) erring advice, I put Artwork aside, and focused on Twitt. This worked splendidly, until I came upon some fundamental flaws at the core of Twitt.

So, dear faithful reader, my message to you is this; Artwork 1.1 is coming. It may not be in the coming weeks, but it will be within 6 months. Now, this may not sound like much of a promise, but please bear in mind that Artwork 1.0 took 9 months to release after the intended date.

What I can tell you about 1.1 is that it will be better and stronger than 1.0 could have been. It will include fun new features on the outside, and some much improved workings on the inside.

I would like to thank you all for your patience, and beg some more of it so as to provide you with a better application. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to email me at dan@artworkapp.com

Regards,
